At Printzonn, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade products with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns for eligible non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Customized or Personalized Products (including custom names, designs, messages, etc.)

Final sale or clearance items
We do not accept returns on personalized tumblers, mugs, apparel, or accessories unless they arrive damaged or defective.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll be happy to replace it or issue a refund as appropriate.
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@printzonn.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
