Shipping Policy

Every PRINTZONN order is made for you in our small studio in Troy, Michigan. Here is how shipping works.

Making time

• Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
• Orders of fewer than 4 items usually ship the next business day.
• We check every personalization before it is made, so please double-check names, dates and spelling when you order.

Shipping cost

• Free US shipping on orders of $35 or more (order subtotal before discounts).
• Orders under $35: flat $5.99.

Where we ship and how

• We currently ship within the United States.
• We ship with UPS or FedEx, and occasionally USPS.
• Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and your location.
• You can see your order status under My Account > Orders.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will replace it or refund it. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
